    Junior Researcher - Civil Engineer, PhD Candidate, Expert in renewable energy and the water-energy nexus

    Ms. Katerina Kolioukou is a Junior Researcher - Civil Engineer and a PhD candidate in the Department of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens.

    She received her Master of Engineering Diploma in 2025.

    During her thesis, she developed a simulation framework for energy flows, across multi source energy systems.

    Currently she is involved in various research activities in NTUA.

    Her research interests include hydrology, hydroinformatics, renewable energy and the water-energy nexus.
